I've built my entrepreneurial career doing what I love. Nurturing a business idea, identifying a gap in the market, and making it grow. When I had my children, I decided to create Mini First Aid.

Growing your own business is tough, but identifying new opportunities gives me such a buzz.

I love the challenge of identifying new opportunities to grow Mini First Aid, whether developing our team internally, expanding into new markets or developing viable partnerships. I never want

to stop taking Mini First Aid to the next level. 

In less than eight years, I have grown Mini First Aid to become the market leader for specialist paediatric first aid training. We currently have a whopping 70 franchises, who train over a thousand adults and children each week, giving us a £3 million turnover.

 

As a Mum of 6 children (including 2 sets of twins), I have always believed in making business work around family. Balancing the demands of work, with the constant juggle as a parent, underpins the key to my success.
