As Director of Mini First Aid, I am fully qualified in paediatric first aid and provide classes and webinars on a range of topics including safe eating, choking prevention and child and baby CPR. I have six children, including two sets of twins. . 

With over a decade of experience, I share advice on subjects from pregnancy, twins, mealtimes, sleep and hope that my candid and honest approach is helpful and supportive.
