I am Kate Ball, the Founder and Director of Mini First Aid, the leading provider of paediatric first aid across the UK. I set up the business from my kitchen table (literally) as I noticed a gap in the market in my local area. In less than 6 years, I have grown Mini First Aid into a multi-million £ business. Mini First Aid currently trains around a thousand adults and children each week, in basic and lifesaving first aid. No mean feat!
